For a time, she worked as a cook at the Flasher Public School. Jack passed away on May 24, 1999.

With this move came new friends, new adventures, and great-grandchildren who were the sparkle in her eye. She collected cookie jars and salt and pepper shakers, loved traveling on Farmer’s Union Mystery Trips, listening to Old Time music, playing card games, wearing jewelry, and attending daily Mass. Angie served as a Eucharistic Minister and Rosary leader at her church and a volunteer at Elm Crest Manor, being named Volunteer of the Year in 2005 and 2010.

Angie became a resident of Elm Crest Manor in April of 2016 and was welcomed into another family of friends. She was shown the utmost love and given excellent care by the wonderful staff. Angie’s life: FAITH-FAMILY-FRIENDS.
