Ronald Frank

Ronald Florian Frank, age 68, of Mandan, passed away August 25, 2025, at his home.

Cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.

Ron was born May 27, 1957, in Mandan, the eighth of nine children to Florian and Maggie (Kopp) Frank. He was raised and educated in Mandan. Ron’s collection and love for trains will be remembered by all who knew him. This hobby led him to employment at Dave’s Hobby Shop in Bismarck. Here, he would enjoy working on trains and fabricating layouts for the trains. He was also employed with Jim’s Ready Mix in Bismarck for several years. We will forever be thankful to Ron for putting his own life on hold for many years to take care of his elderly Dad.

Ron is survived by his brother, Tim (Jan) Frank, Mandan; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as his special kitty, Friendly Toes.

Ron will be greeted in Heaven by those who preceded him in death, his parents; siblings, Wayne, Leonard, Marlene Rode, John, Bill, Bernie, and Eugene; and an infant daughter.

Fly high Ron, you are at peace now.
