Richard “Rick” Blank, age 81 of Mandan, ND, passed away peacefully at his home on February 10, 2024 under the care of hospice. A committal service will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, February 15th at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
He was a devoted husband, cherished father, and beloved grandfather. Rick leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
