Patricia Ann Welch

Patricia Welch, 87, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck. Family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan. Burial will follow at the Glencoe Cemetery.

Pat was loved by many people and brought joy to everyone she encountered. Many people knew her from being the greeter at Walmart for many years. She loved greeting anyone and everyone. She had a love for all cats. She had three and when she moved into Benedictine Living Community, she even got to take her beloved cat, Sammy. More than anything, she loved her family and friends. Her last year and a half of life she would light up when her great-grandbabies, Luca and Evie, would visit her. She told the whole nursing every milestone they met. She will be missed dearly, but she is finally at peace with her parents, husband, and son.

She is survived by her son, Tim (Donna) Welch; granddaughters, Tara (Lucas) Felice and Kylee (Austin) Eichmann; great-grandkids, Luca and Evie; and many other family and friends.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Wendel and Eva (Brendall) Dosch; husband, Robert Welch; and son, Jason Welch.
