Nicholas “Nick” Kramer, 17, of Mandan, ND passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 27, 2023.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mandan, ND with Fr. Shane Campbell and Fr. Josh Waltz concelebrating. Burial will be held at a later date in Velva, ND.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, February 3, at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, 1701 Sunset Drive in Mandan with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.
Nick was born on February 21, 2005, to Paul and Kym Kramer (Emberton) in Willmar, MN. He was a senior at Mandan High School. He was employed by the Mandan Dairy Queen since 2020.
Nick enjoyed welding and working with his hands. His favorite pastime was spending time with family, Bison football games, and playing video games and cards. Nothing made him happier than having his brothers and sisters home. He loved his niece and nephew and couldn’t wait for the arrival of his new niece this summer.
To truly define Nick, all you had to do was see him around animals and babies. Nick was a calming force and had patience like no other. He always had a smile on his face.
Nick was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Youngblood.
He is survived by his parents; brothers, Nathan Kramer and Kayden (Noelle) Nicholson; sister, Kyna “Kacey” Youngblood; maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
