Mark was born May 23, 1997, to Bob and Debbie (Paczkowski) Hintz in Bismarck, ND. As a boy, Mark had a passion for farming. Before learning to operate big equipment, Mark farmed many acres with Cheerios and toy grain bins. He grew up working on his family’s dairy farm with his Grandpa Joe, Grandma Rose, mom, dad, sisters, and brother. He enjoyed attending Boys State and earned a trip to Washington, DC. In junior high and high school, he participated in Speech and Drama, winning multiple actor awards. Mark graduated with honors from Flasher Public School and informed the school he would be continuing his education at the College of Hard Knocks. Then he began living his dream of farming.

Mark worked hard at everything he did. He enjoyed welding, building things, gardening, baling small square bales, and life on the dairy farm. His faith meant everything to him, and he lived that out in his work. Mark enjoyed playing bingo at local church bazaars and always won at least once. He took great care of his Grandma Rose, stopping in daily for a piece of gum and to check on her. He also liked spending time at Luke and Chelsea’s, looking for a snack. His nieces and nephew meant the world to him. He enjoyed giving them rides on any piece of equipment, showing them the baby chicks, and sharing his garden produce with them. We will always remember and miss Mark’s jokes, quick wit, and ability to find humor in everything.

Mark will be deeply missed by his loving family.  He is survived by his parents, Bob and Debbie Hintz of Flasher, ND; sister, Heidi (Toby) Tormaschy and their daughters Natalie, Kate, Emma, and Nora of Richardton, ND; brother, Luke (Chelsea) Hintz and their daughter Caroline of Flasher, ND; sister, Susan (DJ) Volk of Bismarck, ND; and sister, Mary (Kyzer) Volk and their son Elijah of Mandan, ND; grandmother, Rose Hintz of Bismarck, ND; grandmother, Delores Paczkowski of Fargo, ND; and his dog, Toots.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Joe Hintz, & Loran Paczkowski;  uncles Larry Paczkowski, & Joe Hintz, Jr.; and cousin Laura Paczkowski.

There are no words to describe our loss. Mark will be forever missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
