Margaret was born on December 2, 1932 to Kasper and Katherine (Heck) Aman in Mandan, ND. Having been born and raised in the Yucca, ND area, Margaret was fully aware of farm life. She learned the importance of self-reliance, hard work, and the love of family. Margaret and Richard were married on November 5, 1952 and soon after, they started their family together.

Her talent as a seamstress was displayed in sewing all the clothes for her children, right up to the time when they got married.  Margaret created the wedding dresses for 3 of her daughters. Quilting was also a display of her love, where all of her children and grandchildren each had a quilt. She did take time to relax and enjoyed playing cards along with expressing her musical talent by playing the harmonica and organ.  While enjoying farm life, she took delight in canning and cooking for her family and others.  Most of all she and Richard were always together. The simple task of taking a lunch out to the field where Richard was farming or going in to town, walking and holding hands both displayed their love and devotion for each other.

Her family was the center of her life, an accomplishment, leaving an example, but most of all, countless cherished memories.

Margaret will be deeply missed by her daughters, Kathy (James) Wagner, Bismarck, ND, Lucy (John) Bobb, Center, ND, Debbie (Gary) Arbach, Washburn, ND and Bernie (Myron) Miller, Flasher, ND; sons, Richard T. (Cy) Weber, West Fargo, ND and Ken (Lana) Weber, Milnor, ND; son-in-law, Doug Lotzer, Lynwood, Washington; 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; half-sister, Mary Ann Powell, Bismarck, ND;  and stepbrother, Albert (Betty) Kostelecky, Mandan, ND; and half-brother, John (Eleanor) Aman, Mandan, ND.
