Maggie was born December 26, 1948, in Selfridge, North Dakota, to Phillip and Barbara (Berger) Leingang. She graduated from Mandan High School and later attended cosmetology school, beginning a career that would span more than 50 years. She devoted her life to helping others look and feel their best and was well-known throughout the community for her kindness, warm personality, and dedication to her clients. For 34 years, Maggie proudly co-owned Hair Professionals alongside her dear friend, Marion Stolz. The salon was more than a business, it was a place where lifelong friendships were formed and countless memories were shared.

On September 12, 1975, Maggie married the love of her life, Thomas "Tom" Schlosser. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and friendship. Family was the heart of Maggie's world. Nothing brought her greater joy than gathering loved ones around the table, preparing meals, and making sure everyone was well-fed and cared for. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and loved. Whether it was a holiday meal, a family gathering, or simply sharing a glass of Diet Coke and a conversation, Maggie's home was a place of warmth and hospitality. She especially treasured time spent with her grandchildren, whom she loved to spoil every chance she got.

Maggie enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life, including bingo, bingo, and bingo; trips to the casino, traveling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Her laughter, generosity, and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Maggie is survived by her daughters, Stephanie (Randall) Stoeberl and their son, Hunter; Tiffany Schlosser; and Britnie (Joel) Thieschafer and their children, Parker, Leo, and Kaylee. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Paula) Leingang; sister-in-law, Florence Leingang; in-laws, Ron (Virginia) Schlosser, Marlene (Donald) Geiger, Les (Margaret) Schlosser, Carol Kuntz, Bob (Diane) Schlosser, Lee (Gloria) Schlosser, Geri (Gary) Jorde, Perry (Bonnie) Schlosser, Shirley Voigt, Mary Lou (Sparky) Pulkrabek, Bill (Gayle) Schlosser, Jackie (Calvin) Schmidt, and Rick (Doris) Schlosser; and countless nieces and nephews.

Maggie was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Schlosser, in 2014; her parents; brothers, infant Florian, Luke, and Leonard Leingang; sister, Theresa (Bob) Thomas; in-laws, Dorothy “Dot” (John) Frohlich and Dennis Schlosser; and her special friends, Marion Stolz and Ken Kottsick.

Maggie's legacy of love, generosity, hard work, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Her family takes comfort in knowing that her spirit will continue to be present in every family gathering, shared meal, and cherished memory.
