Kevin Jay Banning, 68, of Flasher, North Dakota passed away peacefully Monday evening, September 18th, 2023 at his home.

Kevin was born November 5th, 1954 to Raymond Michael Banning III and Dorothy Feland (Banning). He graduated from Flasher High School and enlisted in the Air Force.
