Cynthia M. Foulk, 65, Mandan, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Sanford Health in Bismarck.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan with Rev. Dennis Huenefeld presiding. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
