Cynthia M Foulk, 65, Mandan, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 5, 2025 at Sanford Health in Bismarck. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan with Rev. Dennis Huenefeld presiding. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
