Caralee "Carrie" Erhardt

Caralee (Carrie) Erhardt, 43, Mandan, passed away April 6, 2018 at Sanford Medical Center.

Service will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, ND with Deacon Steve Brannon officiating.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue one hour before the service at Weigel Funeral Home on Wednesday.

Carrie was born October 6, 1974 to Lee Mitchell and Carol (Maas) Mitchell in Bismarck, ND.  She married James R. Erhardt on August 8, 1997 in Mandan, ND. Carrie worked at Bureau of Criminal Investigation as an  Ident Technician.

Carrie’s family was central to her.  Everyone who knew and loved Carrie knew she would help anyone at a “drop of a hat” to help those in need. She loved any outdoor activity. She loved to go camping, fishing and to be in the dirt. Her flower garden is where you would find her after work to chill out. Carrie was a compassionate, thoughtful, and honorable person who profoundly loved her family and friends. She took great pride in being a friend to all those around her. Her greatest pride was her love for her husband and daughter. Her legacy of love, laughter, and charity is carried in the hearts who knew and loved Carrie.

Carrie will be deeply missed by her husband, Jim and their daughter Angela, Mandan; her brother Kory (Tara) Mitchell, Bismarck; her parents, Lee and Carol Mitchell, Bismarck;   her Uncle Curt (Tina) Maas, Mandan; her father and mother-in-law, Rocky and Patty Erhardt, Mandan; her sisters-in-law, Jenny Erhardt and Jessie (Chris) Ogden; and nephew, Chaske Chase.

She was preceded in death by her very special Grandma, Helen Maas, of Bismarck.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Asperger’s Foundation.
