It is with great regret that we are not able to attend the services for Fred. I always enjoyed our visits and the interest he always displayed with those he engaged in conversation. Prayers are with Della, the children, grandchildren, and his entire family. Vern & Sheryl Cermak

Della & Family
Our deepest sympathy in your loss. Fred was not only a Business associate through his auction activities with Basin Electric , but I also considered him a good friend. We shared many laughs and great sales over the years we worked together and I will always remember him for his wonderful sense of humor and his mentoring of me in the surplus business that I was involved with. He will be missed greatly.

Fred is one of our Bismarck friends that will truly be missed. He was a neighbor and friend. As a neighbor, he asked if I would help him with his new auction business. From this association Fred became one of our Bismarck friends. We took trips to see Mark play football. We went to see NDSU basket ball. We went to see his home and meet his brother and family. He missed and we wish that we had gotten together more often in the last few year.

My sympathies in your loss. I worked with Fred at Triangle Y Camp in 1967 and enjoyed all that was Fred, and I enjoyed running into him from time to time in Bismarck. He was a remarkable man who will be missed and remembered with great memories. God bless you with His peace and comfort.

I am very sorry to hear about Fred’s passing. I remember when he would come in to the reataurant to visit Sheila. He always had a smile and would tell me a joke and we would laugh. He was a great guy and the world is a better place because he was in it. My thoughts are with the family of Fred. RIP Fred.
