Mae Ann Breiner, 79, Flasher, followed the Lord to her heavenly home on January 9, 2015.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Flasher, ND with Rev. Dennis Schafer as celebrant. Burial will be held at the St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery following the service.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 4:00- 8:00 pm at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, with a Rosary/Parish Vigil at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Mae was born to William and Marcella (Versolendko) Ouradnik on June 28, 1935. She attended Makoti School, then Minot State College and Dickinson State College. While teaching at St. Anthony, she met Jim Breiner at the Country Cousins Dance at the Junction Inn on January 11, 1961. They were married on June 16, 1962.
Her God given treasures and joys on earth are her husband, Jim; her daughters Joan, with sons, Aidan and Shane, Debra (Nathan), with sons, John and Sheldon (Desirae), Karen with son Oakland and Rhonda with sons, Charley, James and Joseph; and her sons Richard (Bobbie) and Peter. Her great-grandchildren are Marley, Sissy, Malakai, Eden and Sophia. She is also survived by her sister Irene Turner and her aunt Rose Peterson, sisters-in-law, Lucille Tepp, Ruth Nelson and Sandy Breiner and many special nieces and nephews.
Mae was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Eugene; foster brother, Jack; sister-in-law, Frances Dietz and brother-in-law, Paul Breiner.
In lieu of flowers the family would like a donation made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
